Season 2 KYR Deadline: Early Verification Determines Round 1 Weight
November 1, 2026
The Season 2 framework raises the bar for asset onboarding: every receivable pool entering a vault now passes KYR (Know Your Receivable) screening at the document level before capital is matched.
What participants often miss: verification of the participant runs in parallel — and it closes earlier than pool onboarding. If your wallet-linked registration is not complete when Round 1 matching begins, your allocation weight defaults to zero for that window.
The Two Timelines That Matter
- Asset-side KYR: continuous, handled by the protocol during pool formation
- Participant-side verification: open now, closes when Round 1 matching starts
Only the second one depends on you. Wallet linking is performed once, produces a signed read-only attestation, and carries over to every subsequent season.
Why Early Verification Is Weighted
Round 1 capacity is finite. The registry sorts verified participants ahead of the queue, because a confirmed on-chain identity removes the largest settlement uncertainty at allocation time. Late registration remains possible, but lands in Round 2 weighting.
Completing Verification
The routine connects your self-custodied wallet (Stellar or EVM), records an ownership attestation and issues a priority reference code. No transfers, approvals or spending rights are requested.

Frequently Asked
I already verified in Season 1. Repeat?
Season 1 attestations carry over, but Round 1 priority uses fresh references. Re-confirmation takes under a minute with the same wallet.
Can I verify from a mobile wallet?
Lobstr and mobile-first flows register through the same routine; hardware users complete a manual registration path.
Participation terms are finalised in the Season 2 documentation.
